Y3150 CNC Gear Shaping Machine is a kind of vertical hobbing machine, Y3150 gear hobbing machine's maximum processing diameter of 500mm, the largest processing module for the 6mm cast iron, steel 5mm. Y3150 gear hobbing machine is one of the most widely used vertical hobbing machine in China, which has the advantages of reasonable design structure, wide processing range and convenient operation. Y3150 gear hobbing machine can process straight and helical gears, worm gears, sprockets and short spline shafts. The machine is suitable for single piece production and batch production, processing various cylindrical spur gears, helical gears and warrants. Such as with more than the same type of machine tool is the most reasonable use of the separation of the number of machine tools designed for precision cutting to ensure the processing of sophisticated machine tools.
CNC Gear Shaping Machine has sufficient rigidity. When the gear is sheared, it can be machined to the required tooth depth at one time.
